Seam-Icefaces-booking: Cannot cancel a hotel booking properly

            Description

            Cancel a booking for a hotel on the 'Confirm Hotel Booking' page.
            Select another hotel for booking, a link for confirming the hotel booking that was cancelled initially is displayed on the 'View Hotel' page.
            This should not be displayed... when the link is clicked a null pointer exception is thrown.
