AJP configuration for asynchronous HTTP server incorrect

            Description

            I followed the AHS deployment guide in an attempt to configure AHS. Unfortunately, when I tried the AJP configuration on page 11 of the AHS deployment guide, it didn't work. Since I'm not an expert in Apache, I don't know what to look for, but I didn't find anything incriminating in the Apache logs. Interestingly, if I use the mod_jk configuration, then it works! I'm not sure what's going on...
