dataTable: bad performance when used with nested selectInputDate components

            Description

            There are performance issues when using the selectInputDate component inside
            a dataTable

            When the selectInputDate is used in tables with more than 100 rows an
            javax.servlet.ServletException: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError is caused.

            It seems the more rows are shown the worse the performance gets. It also
            seems to be true that performance becomes even worse the more
            different components are used within a dataTable besides the standard
            outputText components.
