Eclipse plugin incorrectly requires com.ibm.etools.emf.event

            Description

            trying to install the ICEfaces Eclipse WTP 2.0 plugin fails on Eclipse 3.2 and 3.3. The installation can't find required module 'com.ibm.etools.emf.event'. This appears to be an unnecessary requirement and this module isn't available. Only after removing this reference from the features.xml and the plugin jar's META-INF would the plugin install.
