change in API for Seam1.3.0 means changes in D2DSeamFaceletViewHandler

            for things like seam-comp-showcase can use D2DFaceletViewHandler (but won't be able to access things like database, seam debug, identity framework of seam) for Seam1.3.0 and use D2DSeamFaceletViewHandler for Seam1.2.1 and previous versions (can access everything).
            (so it's only a partial work-around until the next release when the D2DSeamFaceletViewHandler will contain the ability for all versions of seam for el-resolving).

            Description

            Previous versions of Seam came with a SeamExpressionFactory class that had to loaded into the SAX compiler as a feature in the D2DSeamFaceletViewHandler. Seam1.3.0 no longer contains this class so must change it to allow all versions of seam with ICEfaces.
