footer class use the same style class as header class for data table

            Description

            The individual column's footer render its style class as "iceDataTblColumnHeader1" and "iceDataTblColumnHeader2" which are the style class for the column's header. We probably should add a "footerClasses" attribute besides "footerClass" which is for the footer of the whole table.
