PanelTabSet bound to a dynamic array in request scope duplicates child components on every page view

            Description

            If you dynamically bind the PanelTabSet to an array in request scope, the second time you view the page the tab set will blow up with a " TabbedPane::only one panelTab element allowed when using value atttibute" error message
