Remove the redundant "javax.faces.application.CONFIG_FILES" parameter from sample application web.xml files

            Description

            The ICEfaces sample applications listed below currently specify the

            <context-param>
               <param-name>javax.faces.application.CONFIG_FILES</param-name>
               <param-name>/WEB_INF/faces-config.xml</param-name>
            </context-param>

            ...parameter in their web.xml files. This parameter is redundant and should be removed.

            The affected samples are:

            Address Demo
            Auction Monitor
            BasicInputText
            DragDrop1
            DragDrop2
            Effects1
            Effects2
            Tiles
            Timezone 1-7

            Also note that ICE-1012 relates to the removal of this parameter from the ICEfaces Getting Started Guide.
