Need versions file in the icefaces/lib folder to ease developer pain with JAR versions

            Description

            The ICEfacesGettingStartedGuide.pdf guide is very helpful in that it provides version numbers for dependent JARs.

            However, I recommend putting a helpful "versions" file right in the icefaces/lib folder. (See attached file for an example).
