h:panelGrid under ICEfaces appends index counter infront of column classes

            Description

            If h:panelGrid being used under ICEfaces it suffixes column classes with columns index. However if h:panelGrid being used under stock JSF it does not suffixes column classes with the counter, this is true for ice:panelGrid as well. So h:panelGrid need to be fixed.
