Error message is not informative when upload an non-exist file

            Description

            When upload a file that doesn't exist (enter some bogus file name), the error message reads as: "does not match with the file name pattern '.+' " which is not very informative.

              Marking as Closed / Invalid as part of legacy ICEfaces ICE / Compat component JIRA cleanup.
