Seam-gen: .classpath and .project files missing

            Description

            On creating a new project via the ICEfaces seam-gen project, the .classpath and .project files for Eclipse are missing. They aren't checked into SVN either, in the build-scripts directory. It's possible that SVN doesn't add any files starting with the '.' character to the repository if the add command is done on a bulk operation.
