Description
In order to facilitate rapid successful creation of working web applications that feature both JBoss Seam and ICEfaces components we should create a new ICEfaces SeamGen tool integration for auto generating ICEfaces/Seam applications.
Initial version could simply produce standard dataTables, etc. with the added benefit of incremental rendering via ICEfaces, but ultimately we should add additional features such as sortable columns, dataPagination, etc.

The templates and build scripts currently use Icefaces DR4 and Seam1.2.1.GA and have been released to the public. Some issues still need to be resolved (mainly DOMConcurrentViews) and integration of other ice components will be ongoing.

As of week of Apr23,2007, working on creating templates that optimize use of icefaces.

Since the newer versions of seam will have a merged seam-gen tool, this is it for icefaces-seam-gen (1.2.1.GA is the last of it's kind!) From Seam1.3.0.Beta onwards the seam people will be taking our merged product that does both and we will just have to provide the templates (see Jira 1638)
