icecore:navigationNotifier is not working

            Description

            The icecore:navigationNotifier component is just not working on any browser (tested on Chrome, FF, and Edge). On the showcase demo, when navigating to the second page and then pressing the browser's back button, there's no notification triggered on the page for having pressed the back button. This component works well on the 4.3 codebase, as seen on the online showcase http://icefaces-showcase.icesoft.org/
