JBoss 4.0.5 GA compatibility with ICEfaces

            Description

            Most of our test apps can be built with Sun RI JARs or with MyFaces JARs. JBoss
            4.0.5 GA includes its own MyFaces JARs, and throws exceptions if our built WARs
            include a JSF implementation. We need to make a new build target for all of our
            examples, etc. that will use MyFaces configuration files (web.xml), but not
            include any JSF implementation JARs.

              This is a JBoss config. issue. They are moving to SunRI for JSF in v5, and
              there's a work-around technique on their site. Also, the problem with Timezone1
              is noted in Release Notes.
