ice:selectOneMenu, cannot select highlighted option when pressing enter on IE11

            Description

            It's not possible to select the highlighted option on an ice:selectOneMenu component on IE11. Only when blurring the component, like when pressing the escape key, makes a selection successfully.

            This happens with or without partialSubmit. When partialSubmit=false a selection is made, but it's actually the value previously selected, and the drop-down option list stays open.
