ace:dataTable, odd column pinning styling when returning to view

            Description

            When using the navigation style used in the ICEfaces Showcase application, navigating away from the ace:dataTable > Pin Columns demo after having pinned one or more columns and then returning to the same demo, makes the data table show with some odd styling for the columns that were pinned.

                r52693: added code to the destroy() function to remove dynamic stylesheets, in order to avoid having that old styling applied after reloading the view
