ace:themeSelect does not include all the themes with myfaces 2.3

            Description

            Testing showcase application with myfaces 2.3.1 and the themes are not available in the drop down -- only get sam and rime. With mojara 2.3.5 all the themes are available. just myfaces (tested tomcat 8 and glassfish 5 with both Chrome and Safari) appears to have this issue. no exceptions or logging in server logs.

              I cannot reproduce this issue. I see all the themes listed when running with Myfaces 2.3.1 on Tomcat 8.0.
