ace:graphicImage TLD doc does not specify values for 'scope'

            Description

            The TLD documentation for ace:graphicImage does not document the permissible values for the scope attribute.

            From the source code, the valid values are 'flash', 'request', 'view', window', 'session', and 'application'. It would also be nice if there were a reference to where the semantics of these values are defined.

              Priority should not be Major, but there didn't seem to be a way to set it when creating the issue, or changing it afterwards.
