Description
After having completed ICE-11270, a few improvements and fixes were left pending. These improvements and fixes might not be feasible or necessary, but they are captured here for further consideration.
+ Add drag and drop support: in month view, being able to move events from one day to another day to change their start date; in week view, being able to move an event to a different day and/or time; on day view, being able to move an event to a different time; on week and day views being able to resize an event to increase/decrease its duration.
+ Add a compact month view (not rendering events in each day square, but simply indicating with a dot if a day has events, then displaying those events in a sidebar or popup if such day is selected).
+ Fix bug with some events mysteriously appearing with an indentation even if they aren't overlapping other events.
+ Fix errors on IE8 when changing to week/day view.
+ Refactor code; improve client-side performance as much as possible.

The bugs are fixed and no other issues were seen when testing on a real IE8. The only issue found in IE8 was a general issue with FontAwesome, for which ICE-11440 was created.
The proposed new features were spun off to JIRAS ICE-11438 and ICE-11439 .

Let's focus on the bugs for the EE 4.3 release and not add new features at this time.
