Description
request has been made to update to the latest font-awesome libraries for icemobile 1.3.1. Should also carry this through to ICEfaces 4.x.
The ability to stack icons is also requested (font-awesome has examples of this but specifically the request was made for an envelope with a number...to show number of new messages for example).

I added the Font Awesome lib version info to the lib/versions-licenses.html file for each repo.
As for stacking an envelope icon with a number. Here's an example:

I verified that the icons used in the showcase applications continue to appear normally.
