ace:submitMonitor with BlockUI=@Source overlay issue

            Description

            If the browser window is resized while the blockUI is enabled, the overlay is not resized/moved over the element specified by the blockUI attribute (all browsers).
            This can be reproduced with showcase > Configuration demo or with the QA "submitMonitor with BlockUI=@Source" test, in all browsers.

            Steps:
            - click on the table paginator to enable submitMonitor > submitMonitor overlay is rendered over the table.
            - resize/maximize window while the overlay is rendered > the table is resized and the overlay does not cover the entire table, screen shot attached.
