Remove BridgeIt-based components and samples

            Description

            WIth the BridgeIt hybrid mobile webapp development platform being deprecated, the mobi "native" components that rely on the BridgeIt platform must be removed from the MOBI components, as well as any related demos in the mobile Showcase sample application.

              Verified ICEfaces4 trunk 50353 > showcase in Chrome55, MsEdge38, IE11, FF49/ Windows10, iOS10/iPad, Android 6.0.1/Nexus5 .

              iOS (SSL/nonSSL mode): Microphone does not seem to work; clicking on the "Record Audio" button does not have any action; no issues found with Camera.

              Android: all comments regarding android and Camera demo (SSL/non-SSL mode) from ICE-11176 are still valid. Microphone only works in SSL mode on android.

              All BridgeIt dependent MOBI components and related sample code has been removed.

              I also modified the mobi:camera and mobi:microphone comps to remove the bridgeit implemention. They now solely rely on the HTML5 implementations.

              The following mobi components will be removed:

              • mobi:augmentedReality
              • mobi:augmentedRealityLocations
              • mobi:augmentedRealityMarkers
              • mobi:camcorder
              • mobi:cloudPush
              • mobi:fetchContact
              • mobi:geoTrack
              • mobi:scan
              • mobi:sms

              These components will remain, though they have been modified to use only HTML5-based techniques to function (on supported browsers):

              • mobi:camera
              • mobi:microphone
