make ace:buttonGroup a naming container for more efficient ace:ajax update calls

            Description

            The rows example in showcase for ButtonGroup has to currently have

            <ace:ajax execute="@form" ..../>
            in order for all the buttons in a group to be executed (state saved in backing bean.

            For very large sets of data in <ui:repeat/> or <c:forEach/> if the buttonGroup were a naming container, the ace:ajax call would be able to specify the id of the buttonGroup. Currently it's a sibling so no help to minimize the size of the request just the group of buttons that is affected.

                ICEsoft Public SVN Repository #50706 Tue Feb 21 16:22:36 MST 2017 judy.guglielmin ICE-11193 implements NamingContainer so now includes the name of the group in with each button of the group.

                Verified IF4 trunk v50712 with showcase > ace:buttonGroup demos in MsEdge38, Firefox49, IE8/11, and QA ace:buttonGroup regressions in Chrome56.
