showcase icecore > Push demo updates too frequently

            Description

            This issue started with ICEfaces 4 trunk continuous Jenkins build 1816 where a commit was made for PUSH-368.
            Tested with ICEfaces 4 trunk r48563.
            The showcase icecore > push demo updates too frequently, approximately twice per second
            To demonstrate:
            Use the icecore:push demo in showcase from the icefaces 4 trunk.
            Change the push strategy to "Update page every second".
            At first the test runs as expected but after a few seconds the updates start coming too frequently, approximately 2 per second.

            This can also be reproduced using the QA test app
