            Chart component doesn't properly resolve web-context root if there's an
            application.xml file that declares the web-uri off the main root context like:
            <application>
                 <display-name>vs</display-name>
                 <module>
                     <web>
                         <web-uri>web</web-uri>
                         <context-root>/vs</context-root>
                     </web>
                 </module>
            </application>
