Mobile Showcase mobi:viewManager not displaying back menu in EE Mobile Simulator

            Description

            When viewing the Mobile Showcase sample from 4.1 open-source inside the EE 4.0 Mobile Simulator, the back menu links that should display at the top-left side of the header are not shown. Specifically when viewing the Mobile Showcase demo description.

            Without these links there is no way to return from a selected component demo.

            Possibly this is caused by a failure to detect and consider the Simulator as a mobile device in the ace:viewManager.
