            The ice-extras.js needed for components, such as drag n' drop, etc, aren't
            loading in a portlet environment.

                I've added code to the NormalModeSerializer so that the ice-extras.js code is added to every portlet fragment. The change was checked in with comment referring to the more generic portlet improvements covered in this case:
