mobi:viewManager should be more flexible instead of mandatory child of h:body

            Description

            Currently mobi:viewManager throws an exception "The viewManager component must be the direct child of the <h:body> tag".

            This limits the usage to having a separate page for mobile compared to desktop, which somewhat negates responsive web design and our mobi:small/largeView.

            Ideally mobi:viewManager could be improved to not have this limitation and we could put it anywhere on the page like a standard container.
