mobi:cloudPush should be asking for registration status to bridgeit.js

            Description

            mobi:cloudPush should be using the bridgeit.js API to find out whether the device has already been registered for cloud push or not. If it's already registered, then the mobi:cloudPush button should be hidden. Likewise, when clicking the button to register cloud push, and the registration is successful, the button should be hidden immediately as well.
