Description
The existing ace:submitMonitor demo in the Showcase only has a single demo ("Overview") which tries to show the various adjustable bits via providing the ability to dynamically change the configure of the submitMonitor in the demo.
This JIRA is to improve the simplicity of the Overview demo and add an additional demo to show the support for nesting multiple ace:submitMonitors on the page.
1. Rename the existing "Overview" demo to "Configuration".
2. Add a new "Overview" demo that is static in nature and shows a simple bordered panel with a "Test Panel" button with a submitMonitor that triggers on the button and blocks the panel it's in. In addition, there should be a "Test Page" button outside of the panel that triggers on the button and blocks the entire-page.
3. Add a new "Nested" demo to the bottom of the list demo list.

Added 4 new demos for submitMonitor and fleshed out the current demo for consistency. Just needs a redeploy to the live site.
