icecore:navigationNotifier fails with FF browsers

            Description

             icecore:navigationNotifier QA test app fails when used with FF browsers.
            P03 -The counter increases when page is reloaded. Counter should only be increased when using the back/forward buttons in the browser.
            This is not an issue with any other browser.
            P02 - When tested with P02 the counter is not increased when reloading the page but does not increase when using browser back/forward buttons as expected. This is similar to the original issue reported for IE 11 in ICE-10685.

              Marking Closed/Won't Fix.

              To support FF requires the new icecore:navigationNotifier scheme that is including in ICEfaces 4 / EE4.
