Converting the year/month navigation buttons to selectOneMenus[iraptor 1044]
will make the selectOneMenu more accessible.

will make the selectOneMenu more accessible.
Accessibility support improvements were made to the calendar navigation buttons.
The 4 navigation buttons (Move previous/next month/year) will now verbalize
there actions. Ie. "Move to previous month December" or "Move to next year 2008".
Further accessibilty improvements could be made;
1) Open and Close popup calendar buttons.
2) Date command links could be enhanced to verbalize the day of week as well as
the calendar day. Ie. "Internal Link 3 Wednesday January 3rd 2007"
3) Support for Internationalization.
