ace:notificationPanel effects not firing when server side

            Description

            ace:notificationPanel doesn't seem to properly fire the effect (such as 'slide', 'fade', etc.) when server side rendering is used (via the "visible" attribute). However the effects seem to work when client side.

            This can easily be seen on the Component Showcase demo.

            Ideally the effects would fire for all usages of the notificationPanel.

              ICEsoft Public SVN Repository #45953 Wed Sep 09 16:21:22 MDT 2015 judy.guglielmin ICE-10635 have logic correct in js and css now but effects are not showing. Probably due to update of the nodes when server side is used. Will review the markup to see if an outer wrapper div can be used.

              Once QA tests pass, may want to update the showcase demo and use messages for language (i8N) support.
