ace:selectMenu - Menu item hover CSS very faint with Rime theme

            Description

            When using the Rime theme and the ace:selectMenu, the hover CSS styling for the menu items is very faint and hard to detect. The other themes are much better.

            This can be seen with the Showcase demo's by changing the theme to Rime.

              Same issue with ace:comboBox, but ace:autoComplete seems to be correct.

              Modified rime theme's hover classes to use the background and colours of the highlight classes, since there was no difference between the default and hover states. Committed to the 4.0 trunk at revision 44368 and to the 4.0 EE tag at revision 44369.
