There's not much that can be done from our position. When using the new-window mode, a plain HTML link is rendered pointing to the audio resource. Weblogic is handling audio resources and other resources as an attachment by default, so it gets downloaded to the default download folder configured in the browser, instead of viewing it on the browser itself. This is a matter of HTTP headers sent by Weblogic. This should be configurable on the Weblogic server to change this behaviour. An alternative would be to use ace:dynamicResource to serve the audio resource, in order to have more control over which headers are sent to the user.
