mobi:geotrack updates inconsistently on Android device

            Tomcat 7, android device (tested on android 4.4.2), showcase demo and QA test apps.

            Description

            mobi:geoTrack only occasionally displays or updates the location on the page when using with an android device. Performance is sporadic, display of location can take several minutes to appear if at all.
            The demo functions as expected otherwise, you are able to toggle start/stop tracking and the location services icon is blinking as though the location is actually being tracked.

              Still an issue with ICEfaces 4 trunk r49705. Now no updates are seen when trying to track location.
