mobi:camera - add "Cancel" button to the in-browser image-capture popup window

            Description

            When testing mobi:camera in desktop browsers, if using desktop integrated camera, on the popup window there is no "Cancel" button, to allow the user to come back to the mobi:camera demo. (not an issue on mobile device).
