Release Notes: incorrectly state that actionListeners can be placed on the treeNode

            Description

            The release notes state that "Expand/collapse events are now available through
            ActionListener binding to the Tree and/or TreeNode." but this isn't accurate.
            According to Greg M, you can now place actionListeners on a <ice:tree> or in the
            "icon" and "content" facets of a <ice:treeNode>.
