Description

The ace:dataTable retains the original "scrollWidthIE7" attribute from 3.x, which should made a none-op and have it's description marked deprecated in 4.x since IE7 is no longer supported.

Also note that the TLD description for the "scrollable" attribute also mentions IE7 and that section should be removed as well.
