            Description

            Add a new "offlineDisabled" boolean attribute to the mobi:flipSwitch component.

            When "true" and the web browser is offline (see ICE-10448), the flipSwitch will be made disabled. When "false" (default), the flipSwitch will remain enabled even when the browser is offline.

                Tested with ICEfaces 4 trunk r44009. flipswitch is disabled when switched to offlineDisabled=true however there is no styling change to indicate the component is disabled. Also a js error is seen when testing on FF 34 and IE 10.
                IE 10: SCRIPT5007: Unable to get property 'jq' of undefined or null reference
                flipswitch.c.js.jsf, line 4 character 256.
                FF 34: TypeError: ice.ace is undefined.
                Was not able to test offlineDisabled using Chrome.
                Attribute was added to /flipswitchDynAttribute.jsf.
