Showcase ace:selectMenu > Overview demo
Styling issue when choosing Newfoundland and Labrador from the Province selectMenu. Output text gets pushed to bottom of demo. When other selections are made the output is right aligned in the container. See attached screen shots.

r44054: put the input and output components inside a h:panelGrid to keep the output area always to the right of the input area, similar to the ace:comboBox and ace:simpleSelectOneMenu demos.

Issue is still reproducible on IF4 trunk rev. 43987, however it is visible only when using certain themes, such as the default "sam"; if selecting "cupertino" as a theme, this is not an issue.
