Increase windowScopeExpiration default to greater than 1000 millis

            Description

            With the current EE 3.3.0 Maintenance Branch the default windowScopeExpiration is set to 1000. As per ICE-9994 this was increased to 2500 but not on the maintenance branch. 1000 is still being reported and causing issues with Window scoped beans being disposed too quickly.
