viewExpiredException when using showcase fileEntry > Overview and myfaces 2.2.5 libs

            Description

            Showcase FileEntry > Overview - Myfaces specific - all browsers
            Attempting to upload a file results in a viewExpiredException. No file is uploaded.

              Might require a slower machine or higher network latency, but I cannot reproduce this using the latest 4.0 tag on my machine, running locally.

              Verified with ICEfaces-4.0.0 Jenkins Build #8 ICEfaces-4.0.0 tag r. 43337 (built with Myfaces JSF v.2.2.5) in IE11, IE10, Chrome38, FF33, on Tomcat 7.0.42.

              Tested also showcase > fileEntry demos using Mojarra 2.2.7 on GlassFish 4.1/ WildFly8.1.0 (IE10).
