Ajax "slide" Event test (Default render/execute) and "slide" Event (execute=@all render=@all): the slider cursor cannot be easily moved, it appears to return to the initial position (all browsers).

r44475: committed fix to avoid having to update the entire slider markup when the value changes; modified value update script to only execute if the handler is not active (3.3 EE maintenance branch).

Verified ICEfaces EE-3.3.0 maintenance branch r44481. Tomcat 7, IE 11, 10, 8, 7, FF 34, Chrome 41. Regressions were run on sliderEntry and ICE-8651, mojarra and myfaces libs.

Verified ICEfaces 4 trunk r44495. Tomcat 7, IE 11, 10, 9, 8, FF 34, Chrome 41. Regressions were run on sliderEntry and ICE-8651, mojarra and myfaces libs.
