      Description

For 4.0 thumbnail will show until after the camera image or camcorder video file has been uploaded. If we value bind the thumbnail image, the user then can store it with their data (which they might want) and then the encode will also show the last uploaded thumbnail image as well.

        showcase-mobile > Camera / Camcorder testing results (rev. 43093/ iOS7/Safari):

On each of these demos, the thumbnail does not always render after uploading a file (photo or video).
One instance when the thumbnail failed to render on Camera demo was when uploading a photo after setting dimensions: this occurred only in the first test after installing showcase on server, on a cache clear safari. Afterwards, this issue occurred only sporadically.

The thumbnail is always missing if after photo/ video capture, user goes to the Mobile Components menu, then comes back to the Camera/Camcorder demo, where the `Photo/Video Captured`button is still rendered, and the photo/video can be uploaded.

        Additional failure use cases:
        showcase > mobi:camera/camcorder (IF4 trunk r45892)
After taking a photo or video the thumbnail is rendered. Once the thumbnail is rendered, if you tap the Docs navBar then return to the camera or camcorder demo, the thumbnail disappears (iOS/Android).
