            ace:dataTable test application > Row Expansion in Scrollable Table / Column Pinning Advanced: the lower table border is not visible (Chrome and IE only), screen shot attached.

                Committed fix to 4.0 trunk at revision 43960 and to 3.3 EE maintenance branch at revision 43961. Modified CSS classes and styling rules to show a border at the bottom of a scrollable table when it doesn't have a footer.
