Showcase ace:cellEditor alignment issue.

            Description

            See attached screenshot.
            This issue can be reproduced by navigating to ace:dataTable > Grouping and then to ace:cellEditor.
            Immediately noticeable is that the data in the cells is not center-aligned with the headers.
            Click on a cell to go into edit mode.
            Observe edit alignment issue.
            A similar issue was found in ICE-10067 on ee-maintenance branch.

              Verified ICEfaces 4 trunk r43958. Tomcat 7, IE 11, FF 34, Chrome 39. Still an issue on ee-3.3.0 maintenance branch r43958.

              r43953: changed the table id in the data table grouping demo, in order to avoid applying the same dynamically computed styling to other tables that had the same id.
