modify build script for mobi components to use ace-generator.jar and remove duplicated source

            Description

            Currently, the mobi project in ICEfaces4 has a complete copy of the ace generator source. This should be removed and the build modified to depend on the build of the generator code to a jar and then that should be in the classpath and the mobi components built using that.
            (similar to icemobile component build).
