Description
When hovering the mouse over the selected tab, an 'active' browser tooltip is shown. There is not way to remove this and isn't appropriate for non-english applications.

Removed YUI code that added title="active" to selected tab, which caused a tooltip to be shown, at revision 44010 in the 4.0 trunk and at revision 44011 in the 3.3 EE maintenance branch.

This is reproducible with the Showcase demo, just hover over the selected tab.

Verified ICEfaces 4 trunk, ee-3.3.0 maintenance branch r44012. Tomcat 7, IE 11, FF 34, Chrome 40.
